Clinical Summits in Regenerative Medicine (CSRM) is a conference brand owned, organized, and managed by ARGEK Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing registration cancellations, refunds, transfers, postponements, and event-related changes for all conferences, workshops, educational programs, and related activities organized under the CSRM brand.
By registering for any CSRM event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Registration Confirmation
Your registration will be considered confirmed only after:
– Successful submission of the registration form.
– Successful payment of the applicable registration fee.
– Receipt of an official registration confirmation email from CSRM.
Participants are advised to retain their confirmation email and payment receipt for future reference.
2. Cancellation by the Participant
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may request cancellation by sending a written request to:

Cancellation requests should be submitted from the email address used during registration and must include the participant’s full name and registration details.
3. Refund Policy
Unless expressly stated otherwise during registration or under a specific promotional offer:
– Registration fees are non-refundable.
– No refund shall be provided for failure to attend the event.
– No refund shall be granted for partial attendance.
– Personal scheduling conflicts, travel delays, visa refusals, medical reasons,
accommodation issues, or any other personal circumstances shall not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.
Any exception to this policy shall be considered solely at the discretion of ARGEK Private Limited.
4. Transfer of Registration
Where operationally feasible, CSRM may permit the transfer of a registration to another eligible participant.
Transfer requests:
– Must be submitted in writing.
– Are subject to approval by the organizing team.
– Must be requested before the registration closing date.
– May require updated participant information.
Approval of registration transfers remains solely at the discretion of CSRM.
5. Event Modifications
CSRM reserves the right to modify, where reasonably necessary:
– Conference schedule
– Scientific programme
– Faculty
– Guest speakers
– Workshop structure
– Session timings
– Venue arrangements
– Event format
Such changes are part of the normal event management process and shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Event Postponement
In the event that the conference is postponed, registrations will ordinarily remain valid for the revised event dates.
Participants will be informed of any changes through official communication channels including email, WhatsApp Business, or the official CSRM website.
7. Event Cancellation by CSRM
If CSRM cancels an event and no alternative dates are offered, registered participants will be informed regarding the available options, which may include:
– A full refund of the registration fee paid.
– Transfer of the registration to a future CSRM event.
– Any other suitable resolution determined by ARGEK Private Limited.
Where refunds are approved, they shall apply only to the registration fees paid directly to CSRM.
CSRM shall not be responsible for reimbursing:
– Travel expenses
– Accommodation costs
– Visa fees
– Insurance
– Local transportation
– Loss of income
– Any indirect or consequential expenses incurred by participants.
8. Force Majeure
CSRM and ARGEK Private Limited shall not be held liable for delays, postponements, modifications, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
– Natural disasters
– Floods
– Earthquakes
– Fires
– Epidemics or pandemics
– Government restrictions
– Civil unrest
– Acts of terrorism
– Labour strikes
– Venue-related issues
– Technical failures
– Acts of God
In such circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event as deemed appropriate.
9. Duplicate Payments
If a participant makes multiple payments for the same registration due to technical or banking errors, they should notify CSRM promptly with proof of payment.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded using the original payment method after appropriate verification.
10. Processing of Approved Refunds
Where a refund has been approved by ARGEK Private Limited:
– Refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
– Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment gateway providers.
– Transaction fees or charges deducted by payment gateways or financial institutions may not be refundable.
